KoruCenter was the best experience I've ever had when it comes to a weight loss center. The group of personal trainer's were amazing! They were extremely organized, structured, and accommodating to the clients. Not only did I have several different trainer's, I also spent time with a nutritionist and a behavior specialist, which was invaluable knowledge for me. The KoruCenter changed my life. Everyone there is extremely kind and understanding. When I first started, they showed us what we were going to do for that week, and I didn't believe that I could do that much exercise in one day. Although day after day I would prove myself wrong. The coaches are very well trained, and are extremely knowledgeable in exercise. We also had the privilege to work with a nutritionist and a psychologist.
