I love it at Koru. An always welcoming environment with teachers that ooze passion for wellness.
I’ve been coming for massage therapy with Helena and I can’t recommend her enough! I’ve been to countless massage therapists over the years and she’s definitely one of the best. Highly recommend especially if you have migraines or tmj— but she’s fantastic for traditional bodywork and deep tissue as well!
Colin is the best
If you're looking for a top notch fitness/movement experience, with something more personalized and a sense of community that you're not getting at your gym, this is the place. Colin the owner and everyone who works here is so knowledgeable and designs classes and sessions that are fun, challenging, and geared toward making you move better and with more ease in your body. You can also use the space on your own when no classes are happening and take advantage of all the cool equipment. My happy place!
KORU has become our families favorite place to be. From the moment you walk in the door you feel like you belong there. Colin, the owner is one of the most genuine, knowledgeable and wise humans I have ever met. It’s truly an investment worth every penny. It will benefit you and your loved ones in more areas than one.
