We highly recommend Koru Construction for complex and large-scale renovations. They recently completed a massive house lift and build underneath our existing home, transforming it into a beautiful, functional multi-generational property. Great communication, start to finish. Koru built us a garden suite and did a big reno on our main home. Excellent quality and attention to detail that continues to reveal itself. Koru is staffed by approachable, down to earth people at every level. We’re very happy.

Koru was hired to renovate a garage, porch, and deck. Before hiring them, we asked if their carpenter was a Red Seal carpenter and were told he was. After weeks of viewing sub-par work, we asked for verification of the Red Seal status. At that point Chris admitted they did not have a Red Seal carpenter. When concrete was poured for foundation walls, they had two forms blowout, on walls shorter than 4 feet.
