I recently had Korth and Shannahan install wallpaper in one of my rooms, and I couldn't be happier with the result! From start to finish, their team was incredibly professional. Coby, the estimator, was full of knowledge and made sure everything was clear from the beginning. The crew, led by Victor, did a beautiful job, and the attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend them for any wallpapering needs-excellent work and a job well done!

Korth and Shannahan was one of the most unprofessional contractors I’ve ever worked with—and as a contractor myself, that’s saying something. They were supposed to repair and paint two fences and gates surrounding the pool and some steep stone steps in my back yard—serious concerns that needed to be rectified quickly and correctly for the safety of my four young children. Essentially “ghosted” me on a project after weeks of working with them, having them survey the house, etc. After not hearing from them for a few weeks, it required multiple phone calls and emails after which I finally got through to them and was informed they decided to “no-bid” our project without telling us (despite earlier saying they would do it, providing us a quote, etc.)

The team at Korth and Shanahan do outstanding work. They just completed their fourth job for us - this time painting the full exterior of the house, replacing fascia boards and installing a front porch railing. In the past, they've painted various rooms inside our home. They are all very professional with great attention to detail.
