We have a brand new house with a shower that doesn’t drain. This is just one of many things. It stopped draining correctly after a month. If you’re looking for honesty and someone who cares and will do a good job. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I haven’t met anyone who has anything good to say about Kevin korth.
