After hearing great things about Jacques Kortes, I decided to reach out for a consultation. Unfortunately, my experience with him was extremely disappointing. Not only did they take my money but they guarantee to get your deposit in their retainer contract. They really didn’t need much paperwork but I provided them with plenty of sufficient documents to proceed. A gentleman by the name Jacques pretended to be an attorney from this law firm and even gave me legal advice. Come to find out later he is the office manager. Months and months go by, they're still pulling monthly retainer, an email here and there, but *no calls*. Well correction, I did once get a call from one of their staff of rotating attorneys who seemed to be crafting a brief in response to the HOA in a rather short phone call, but that was it. I ask them to call. They don't call. Can't get a hold of anyone there other than the clerical staff. No one calls back. How is this legal to do to people? Stay away from this Law Firm they are the worst no communication once you send them money. Glenndy never returns your call. I retained this firm and in the end i ended up negotiating with my landlord without any help from this firm. Total scam artist.

This is the first time that I am getting evicted and the person that called me back was very rude and spoke to me like I was a child. I was simply seeking some advice or what my options may be but instead I was laughed at over the phone and although there person did tell me my options, they didn’t even offer the option to help me. All they did was scare me more and made me more uncomfortable of what may happen to me soon.

I am know longer a client of Allerga Fung or Korte and Associates so they ignore my phone calls very unprofessional group of so called attorney's I'm trying to get my case file so I can move on and find a firm that actually knows what they are doing I have tried repeatedly to contact Ms Fung to email my case info to me and I'm constantly ignored so I might be contacting the Bar Association if I don't get my Case emailed to me in a timely manner I would never recommend this so called firm to anyone not even worth a rating won... read more
