First I want to say my Therapist, Summer, was absolutely great. This review is in no way towards her. But Kort the organization is awful. When I first setup appointments with them I was very explicit in that I would be self-pay and I was told the price would be $85 per session. But then later was told this was a mistake the rate is $100 per session. They refused to honor the initial quote. I was nervous to begin physical therapy on my knee to say the least. Jon and his team listened to my concerns, made a plan that I could work on at home and in the office. My knee feels better now than before the incident. I appreciate their professionalism, patience, and kindness. I highly recommend KORT.
Very observant, you can tell he cares for the patient and get them healed in the right way. Very knowledgeable and makes it easy for you to ask questions and explains things well.
