Extensive experience and evidence-based expertise gives our therapists the skills they need to help you recover as quickly as possible. As one of the largest physical therapy clinics in Louisville Metro, we offer a comprehensive industrial medicine/work hardening program, perform Functional Capacity Evaluations (fces) as well as pre-employment testing. In addition, we offer sports conditioning, spinal rehabilitation and treatment of general orthopedic conditions.

As a lifelong skateboarder/snowboarder I have used this company many times over the years,and in summary have been over charged and underserved. The corporate Reps will not follow up if promised so don’t believe that. Also pay CLOSE attention to your bills as they notoriously slip in excessive charges. BEWARE, don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Solid experience for me. It wasn’t just the healing, but also learning about the causes of my injury and what steps to keep it from returning. My therapist, Grite, was very knowledgeable about the proper, injury-preventing stretches and exercises. “Motion is lotion!” she says. Highly recommend KORT, especially this location.
