Where to begin. How about beginning with I purchased a $12,000 unit over 2 months ago and still don't have a functioning unit. I was Lied to by the head of sales and the regional sales exec. I explained exactly what I needed the unit for and Korr reps told me that I would need the Cardio Coach plus. That's great, except I really needed the Cardio Coach plus with Co2., They failed to mention that this unit even existed and it isn't even on their website.
