Very helpful and caring staff and gp.
Why have appointment times when you can NEVER be on time yet will charge for an appointment if a patient turns up 30 seconds past appointment time. Even if they have you standing in reception for 10 minutes while they pretend to work.
Excellent staff, nurses and doctors
I’m sure if it weren’t for the doctors, this place would have closed its doors years ago. One receptionist in particular is very rude, belittling, assumping and racest. He will see you, but if he doesn’t like you, he will ignore you, then charge you for a missed appointment that you would’ve made in time if he wasn’t gossiping behind the desk.
