Excellent staff, nurses and doctors
I’m sure if it weren’t for the doctors, this place would have closed its doors years ago. One receptionist in particular is very rude, belittling, assumping and racest. He will see you, but if he doesn’t like you, he will ignore you, then charge you for a missed appointment that you would’ve made in time if he wasn’t gossiping behind the desk. Worst service you will ever find in New Zealand. Last week I went to see diabetes nurse Mary and she made me wait for 30 min in which i had prebooked appointment, when found out at reception she was busy chit chatting with her colleagues. No sense of urgency. Later while waiting to see Diabites nurse Mary, some patients were teasing and started passing comments for Dr Kim, " kick her out we don't like her.... insted reception team should support ther workmates and tell patients to shut up, they were laughing with them, Pathe... read more
I just moved to Rotorua and was recommended to enrol here. I called up to have assistance with enrolling and I got the loveliest lady Shari on the phone. She was so helpful and super nice. She stayed with me on the phone to make sure that I received my enrolment form and gave me heaps of extra information about services I did not know existed. Just want to say thank you as I was really nervous about the process and she made it incredibly easy and positive.
