I don’t know where to begin, from the time I entered the establishment on the first day of bringing jewelry in to be repaired and picking them up a week or two later has been nothing but amazing! All of my family and my jewelery has come from this establishment for many years. I recently felt my bf was going to propose to me. Went in to sell my jewelry, I guess because of the way I was dressed? I showed them my ring to sell, said it wasn’t worth much and offered me $30. Which is fine, that’s not the problem. The issue is that I requested to see if they had any earrings and they automatically took me to the “cheapest earrings” as if just because I was willing to sell my ring for $30 I couldn’t afford decent priced earrings? And they kept repeating to me “yea we don’t got anything for $30” as if I didn’t have the money to put the rest? Interesting ... read more
