A sincere thank you to Mr. Nick, Mr. Christos and their Team for a job well done! From the time I initially contacted Kronos until the time that I picked up my vehicle from them, they welcomed me with open arms and answered all of my questions and concerns that I had with importing my vehicle. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I called to inquire about my shipment as a paying client, but the representative abruptly told me they were “not interested” and then hung up. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects a complete lack of customer service. To clarify, I am not a telemarketer or an advertising business. I was calling specifically about my company’s cargo. Its been over 3 weeks as of today and they haven't Brought me my package from Chicago to Detroit, Over three weeks!!! I literally can bring something from China for this long, And the worst part is ......try their customer service !!!!
