I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I called to inquire about my shipment as a paying client, but the representative abruptly told me they were “not interested” and then hung up. Its been over 3 weeks as of today and they haven't Brought me my package from Chicago to Detroit, Over three weeks!!! I literally can bring something from China for this long, And the worst part is ......try their customer service !!!!
