She help me with my ESD Washington state claim. She was very acknowledged and helpful with all the information that she knew. She helped me with notes and any questions I had about the claims. It was really helpful. She spent hours on the phone explaining to me how the appeal was going to work and that really helps me in my case and we went over notes.
