Korndoerfer is currently building our home. We could not be happier with the customer service that Nicole & Mackenzie in sales & Liz in interiors have provided. They were all extremely helpful & very patient when we were attempting to make decisions on the house & answered our many questions. Our home is progressing very rapidly. We could not be happier, and cannot wait to see our finished home which we know will be amazing.
This is my 3rd build with Korndoerfer. The sales and selection process went well. Any requests for changes were promptly addressed. Any costs associated with a pre-construction build were presented and fully explained. Nicole.and MacKenzie were always helpful in defining possible floor plan changes. Embarking on my home building project was very exciting yet I was a bit leery as anyone would be with a such an investment. Fortunately I followed through with choosing Korndoerfer for this process at the recommendation of coworkers. Working with Kim as the sales agent was wonderful.
