I don’t even know where to start this other than by saying thank you to Adam. My wife & I bought a house here in South Jersey less than a year ago. When we got in the house, we realized a lot needed to be fixed so we hired a contractor - and paid a sizable cash deposit like most contractors require. Adam Kornblau helped me a great deal with a matter in which I knew I was in the right but did not have the proper legal knowledge to prove it. He was very responsive, got back to me the same day I reached out, and walked me through the process to ensure I handled it correctly.
