I moved to Pine Grove in 2018 and it was ideal until the last year and a half. Because Korman sold their one property in NJ, our location doesn't get the same attention. Between 2018-2022 things were great. Maintenance (Dave) was very attentive and management (Doreen and April) were usually on top of things. Now that they sold their NJ location, Pine Grove now has cheap labor who does NOT know what he's doing. Lived here for several years. Maintenance people were nice but VERY slow to get work done. Also the staff in the office was often rude (except Rose), if you could get ahold of them at all since they are not on site at all. The interiors of the units are also really outdated. Feel bad for the people paying $500+ more for the same unit I left!
The townhomes are owned by a real estate property management company. I have been a renter at many different places over the last 9 years and have always left my places clean and in great shape. This is the ONLY place I have rented from that gave me my FULL security deposit back. The employees are extremely helpful and very prompt at fixing issues as well as notifying you of upcoming maintenance. Great place to live.
