Lived at Pine Grove for 3 years now and have had a great experience. Nice quiet neighborhood/ complex on a cul-de-sac with no maintenance outdoor space. Basement area is a plus. Now have new management that has updated units. Very airy fresh and clean updates. Very fast response times to any concerns or maintenance requests. Would recommend.
I moved to Pine Grove in 2018 and it was ideal until the last year and a half. Because Korman sold their one property in NJ, our location doesn't get the same attention. Between 2018-2022 things were great. Maintenance (Dave) was very attentive and management (Doreen and April) were usually on top of things. Now that they sold their NJ location, Pine Grove now has cheap labor who does NOT know what he's doing. Lived here for several years. Maintenance people were nice but VERY slow to get work done. Also the staff in the office was often rude (except Rose), if you could get ahold of them at all since they are not on site at all. The interiors of the units are also really outdated. Feel bad for the people paying $500+ more for the same unit I left!
