Genuinely need this to be figured out by the Leasing Office and the Team. Why is the electric bill steady increasing? We are working ALL day. Before the lease was signed I brought up major concerns about the electric bill. I lived here back in middle school and even then the bills were high. Moved in November 2024 & was not notified of the bedbug infestation prior to move-in. When I brought the situation up to office staff, they acted unaware of the fact that the unit had an exterminator in there, spraying two weeks prior to move-in.
