We lived here for a year and each month there was something new. To preface, every apartment I have lived in I get compliments on how clean we keep the apartment. Maintenance was quick to come but made fixes that normally did not fix the problem. We had a mold outbreak because humidity was always above 65%. Not to mention the major silverfish issue that developed from the high humidity. I lived there a number of years ago. I’m reading the electricity complaints. So let’s ask the Korman suites why your electric bill is so high. My Son lives there now and his bill this month for a one bedroom apartment was $700.00. That’s ridiculous! I have a four bedroom house and my most recent bill was $250.00. So what’s the deal? Last year my son’s highest bill was $118.00. Something is wrong and every apartment is complaining. A 16% increase in electric doesn’t cut these crazy prices. So What is up?
Great maintenance team here. Quick response and repairs. Grounds are kept clean and manicured. Weather related clean-ups and snow removal is done in a timely manner. Great front office staff who are also responsive.
My husband and I lived here for 1 year. This was our very first time ever renting. We made a lot of great and happy memories in this place. We evolved from financés to married, celebrated our first Christmas, started new jobs, raised our cats, the list goes on.
