Moved in November 2024 & was not notified of the bedbug infestation prior to move-in. When I brought the situation up to office staff, they acted unaware of the fact that the unit had an exterminator in there, spraying two weeks prior to move-in.
We lived here for one year and every month there was a new problem. The reason I’m giving them a 2 is for the issues we encountered and the terrible maintenance/assistance we received. We lived with mold in our apartment for 6 months and nothing was done about it and I kept getting ignored. They will close maintenance tickets without even checking the issue you sent in so you will have to put in many, and still it won’t get resolved until you move out. I enjoy living here. Been here going on 2 years. Quiet, things get prepared right away. Office staff and crew are very nice to deal with. It’s nice that they offer flex pay too!
