I loved my experience here! I was a Villanova student and needed a short term lease because I was graduating early and the team here was so flexible and accommodating. The office team, Yvette and Dylan, are super friendly and genuinely want to help you. I always felt safe, even at night. I lived there for 4 months and I never had a problem with my apartment, the utilities, or parking. Excellent management team! Dylan has been a wonderful addition as our new property manager. Yvette is an excellent leasing agent. Casa del Sol is a special building. It is in great hands with this team.
Great place to live. Great staff Dylan ( new manager ) and Yvette have improved services.
