Just had my first appointment with Dr. Korkigian. I decided to switch to him after my fiance went to him. I was very impressed with how thorough they were with my finance and myself. I am a huge wimp when it comes to blood draws, but the young lady who drew my blood was so gentle! I was braced for the poke but I honestly couldn’t even feel it at all.
Although Dr. Korkigian has treated my uncle for years and seems to be loved by many. I’m very much so dissatisfied with his staff. The morale of this staff is extremely negative. The staff is rude, impatient, and lack empathy. They could use some training in the patients care journey. I’ve written up staff members for preforming in such a manner as that woman reacted today. Completely disgusted!
Dr Korkigian treated my mother for several years. He understood her sickle cell disease and her religious beliefs. My family is beyond grateful for his care for my mom until her last days (2016). He’s an amazing Dr. Elaine Moore’s daughter’s
