Have been doing business there for years. Had an incident where one of the detail guys threw my door open while vacuuming and hit a concrete pole causing a large dent. He called Korie on the spot and Korie assured me he’d take care of it. 2 years later and he never paid a dime. Cost me $500!
Absolutely the best place in the desoto area to get your car detailed!! Will always does a fantastic job getting my van back in order!! I appreciate how hard these guys work 7 days a week!! Thank you!!
After patronizing since 2016, I will not be back. Horrible customer service to their own demographic, blacks. The place has gone down, the workers look homeless; no acknowledgement of the customer. I will not beg for my car to be washed when I can go spend my hard earned money elsewhere or with the white folks. Do better, shaking my head at this place. Zero stars, but gave 1 to warn others.
