Highly upset with this office. Have been a patient for so long and now that the Dr is away due to some surgery he had to to have the office has turned into a circus. I've been trying for the last 3 weeks to refill my scripts and no progress. Just tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. I need to find a new doctor and start over with getting my scripts filled which is going to take longer now. I love the Dr but the office crew is not handling not having the Dr around
After being a loyal patient of Dr. Koretzky for 30 years, I was abruptly dropped from his care when he stopped accepting my insurance. Despite offering to pay out of pocket as an out-of-network patient, I was told I was no longer welcome as a patient— and seek care elsewhere although my prescription had run out he even refused to refill a medically necessary medicine. Have been going to him for years. Great doctor
Dr. Koretszky is my “life saver”! I went to him in 2002 for migraine headaches. He prescribed me medication for migraines; but, just as I was leaving the office, he changed his mind. Suggested I go for an MRI. Went for the MRI on Friday. On the way home from the MRI, he called me in the car and told me to get the films and bring them to his office immediately.
