I don’t leave reviews often, and it’s even rarer for me to leave a negative one, but I feel this is necessary. I had been going to Z-Koretizing for about 6 months and had dropped off a brand-new dress. When I went to pick up the dress, I was told it “came in with a bunch of stains that they tried to get out and they couldn’t, and that I must’ve given the dress to someone before giving it to them.” Additionally, this dress had a belt that was lost during cleaning. We’ve been coming here for a while, but they really earned this review. We needed an alteration done much faster than their normal turnaround, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. Amazing customer service, superior knowledge, and they’ve definitely earned our business long term.
I cannot recommend this place enough! I brought my dresses here for alterations, and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. The fit was perfect, and they completed the work in a very timely manner, which took away so much stress.On top of that, I trusted them with cleaning my wedding gown, and they exceeded all expectations. Z-Koretizing Cleaners truly came through for me when I needed it most.
