Car was broken into at our “secured” parking lot Nov 13. On Nov 16 I emailed property manager if it was possible to get the glass cleaned from parking stall. Did not receive a response/any acknowledgment from strata so I sent a follow up email and voiced my frustration re: high strata fees and the lack of communication. Zero stars - A simple maintenance task (heat issue) was mishandled by the Property Manager and service was denied. Was not offered solutions and was told the issue was a owner responsibility without sending a service technician to check. Randomly was told to get the thermostat checked/replaced! (which was not the issue). The team lead was involved, however the team lead seems to be sending copy pasted replies.. I am reading some of the reviews and can’t believe we are talking about the same company. I am an owner with minor maintenance issue in my apartment which is dragging over two months. My phone calls and emails are being ignored and there has been no attempt to solve the issue. I am at loss what to do now. I do not know if it is the company or just the manager but i would NOT recommend them.
