Unresponsive. No answer to calls, voice mails or emails! Called 5 times, send many emails to inquire about a cheque that I dropped off 2 months and yet to see balance reflected on my unit's ledger. Very frustrating.
I have to edit my review. Sadly, in 6 years Korecki has assigned us 6 different strata agents. Each year they summarily inform us that our strata agent has changed and we lose any progress, organizational knowledge and momentum we've built for the benefit of our strata membership. Half of the new agents have been very new to this line of work, and once they get up to speed they either quit or are re-assigned to bigger stratas--and we are left to start over with someone new. Had the most frustrating experience for the past month and a half regarding a peeling outer window seal. Edward, the property agent we were speaking to, left Korecki halfway through our conversation. We were given a new email to contact, only to not receive any sort of reply in the past week.
I recently had an issue with my radiator and reached out to Matt Lewis, our Property Manager who truly was exceptionally responsive and helpful. He had great advice and went above and beyond try to help resolve the issue. His professionalism to tenant satisfaction made a significant difference and I couldn't have asked for better support.
