Like it seems all strata management companies it kind of depends who you get on staff as to whether things get done quickly. The persons we've had in charge have always responded quickly to e-mails or phone calls with the exception of their accounting dept which has had so many errors and is difficult to get ahold of. This company uses the best tradesmen to carry out repairs and maintenance and renovations. The guys that show up are always positive and friendly and they do amazing work. I can't say enough good things about this company and who they have representing them.
Korecki took over management when the previous owners sold the building. It was good at first but now they are ignoring us since we asked them to fix a problem they created. They won’t answer phone calls or emails and have literally ghosted us. Our next step is to contact the new owners and advise them of what their new management is doing. They don’t take any responsibility. Very unprofessional company.
Dismal Management and Incompetence – Avoid Korecki Real Estate Services My experience with Korecki Real Estate Services, specifically with Eric Kaffka, has been nothing short of disastrous. I live at 2330 Maple Street, Vancouver, and the property is managed so poorly that it’s difficult to believe they’re even trying.
