Not worth the trip. Rude male stylist. Fellow korean, lived in LA, NYC, chicago, worst hair cut. Charges $40 for a $10 job haircut. Terrible at communicating. Whole experience was rushed. Worst customer service in 30 years. The other two ladies helping out (washing, hair and styling) were nice.

MUST READ, HORRIBLE SALON! I visited this salon and was brought to Jeff, the owner, who immediately rushed me through the entire process. Before I could even finish explaining what I wanted, he had already started cutting my hair and completely ignored my requests. Every time I tried to communicate with him, he was dismissive and rude. I specifically asked for a textured fringe, but instead ended up with what can only be described as a massive bowl on my head. I’ve been coming here since around 2017 or 2018—honestly, it feels like a lifetime of eras and phases. Over the years, I’ve trusted this salon with so many different looks: long cuts, short cuts, perms, color, you name it. I once came in with a photo of a Japanese American soldier from the 1940s because I was in a musical set during that time period—and Jeff made it work. I love the treatment I had (Japanese straightening). The staff were all so kind and friendly. Will def go back next time!
