Had to look for a new hair stylist since my old one moved. I came across Stella on Google, so I thought I'd give it a try. I showed a picture of what I wanted, but requested a slight change. She executed it flawlessly, which is RARE. Stella is also super nice and accommodating. In the first 5 minutes I could easily tell she's been doing this for a while and that she's a professional. I'm going to Stella for all my hair needs until further notice.

Terrible haircut experience. I told the stylist exactly what I wanted, but she ended up doing whatever she felt like. My hair is now uneven and much shorter than I agreed to. To make matters worse, the technique was so poor that the "style" is impossible to manage. I’m honestly embarrassed to go out like this. Definitely not coming back.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I walked in expecting a professional service and left feeling insulted. The stylist acted like I was a burden the entire time. To make matters worse, they skipped the hair wash entirely and went straight to cutting, which felt incredibly lazy. I’ve never dealt with such a bad attitude in a salon before. Extremely disappointing.
