Cole came out the same day I called for an estimate. Great price and fast/clean service by the crew.
Terrible communication on multiple instances. Put my information on other people's accounts, which caused a lot of stress. Its 5 months later and my roof warranty still isnt in my name, even sfter contacting them and bieng told it'd be fixed. It wasn't and I got another warranty letter not in my name. Failed to reattach electricity rod support poles and is no longer responding to correct issue.
Kore replaced the roof on one of our rental properties. They did an amazing job! Great video communication when presenting the bid showing what the issues were. They gave us several repair/replace options. Then provided video communication while completing repairs. And it was affordable!!
Kyle Caldwell is my man at Kore Roofing. He is wonderfully generous with his time, completely respectful of me as a client and we will always go to him first with all of our roofing needs!
My wife and I had returned from a trip, on a Saturday to be greeted with roof damage and a major haboob on the way. Kore roofing dispatched a crew, made a temporary repair, that held during the haboob and storm. The upside was there had been a leak from previous damage I knew nothing about. The repaired that and the storm damage. Great service, great people to do business with. Highly recommend
