We reached out due to a vehicle hitting our commercial building on 04/16. Justin came out initially and was very prompt. We advised him that we needed to get this turned over to our insurance carrier but we were anxiously to get the work started. Bid took a while to get to us (05/14). When we got the bid we submitted to insurance and they had a few questions which they wanted to ask. Justin is a top notch guy and a man of his word. Kore did an excellent job negotiating with insurance for my claim after water damage. Justin has led the orchestration of our restoration well. While it was a timely process, we are pleased with the results.
