Six years ago I was running too many miles, too many days in a row and acquired a significant amount of inflammation and tendonitis in my knee. No matter how much rest, and physical therapy I tried, it failed to heal completely. So I decided to try a PRP treatment. Long story short, I have more improvement in 9 weeks after one injection than in the last 5 years. My knee is about 90% of normal and still improving.
