Best of the best! Premium environment with the best trainers and mentors, I drive from Corona to train here multiple times every week. The results I attain from Keith’s lifts make the drive worth it!
I’ve been training with Keith at Kore Performance and I can’t say enough good things. The workouts are challenging, personalized, and results-driven. I’ve seen real progress. The gym environment is top-tier with a strong community vibe, and everyone there pushes you to be your best. If you’re serious about getting fit, this is the place. Five stars without hesitation!
Kore Performance is the top of the line when it comes to an athletic performance center. Keith and all of the trainers there are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming to all athletes. Kore Performance helped propel me to the next level, and I credit Keith for that. For those looking to find a place to train, and give themselves the best chance to go to the next level, this is the place to be!
Keith is the man! He has trained me throughout high school, junior college, and now playing division one baseball. He has created specific workouts and movements to your needs and based on what sport you play. He also works with anyone outside the sports world from moms and younger kids of all ages.
