I bought a bike at Performance Bike and had a problem with the forks leaking. Performance didn't want to deal with the problem and kept telling me it was normal for the forks to leak. I took the forks to Kore Bike and they sent the forks back to Manitou and got them fixed. So KORE only did the shipping for me, but the guy [Ryan, I believe] seemed very nice and he took care of the problem. I will go back to KORE bike industries if I need my bike serviced in the future.
