I absolutely love Kore and the staff! Finding out that your child needs ABA services can be very scary especially when you hear about all the horror stories from people that have received ABA services in the past! So when I got approved for services for my daughter I was Relieved and scared at the same and with my daughter is nonverbal makes it 10xs more difficult to trust people! I am sitting here with tears of frustration after three months of the run around from this company. First with the unbelievably difficult and lengthy approval process then the therapist they sent to my house which rately showed up and was only happy when I was buying her starbucks. When I got upset they ghosted me gaslighted and blamed me only to leave my son without therapy again and agian. They never apologized, never cared. They're all about the bottom line. Be aware!! Don’t use this company unless you want to risk your ABA tech having a CPS case open on you for your autistic childs inability to eat solid foods due to a food texture issue(he drinks prescription pedisure). They will insist on changing your child’s diaper then tell CPS you don’t change your child’s diaper. We were also flagged because our house didn’t have plug covers on all plugs. From the moment they step through your door they are actively looking for reasons to report you to CPS.
