I cannot recommend Joe of Kordun Properties, Inc. enough! I met Joe through a mutual friend in the neighborhood and he came highly recommended and did not disappoint! I am a single woman and have had my share of bad experiences with hiring help for repairs around the house, resulting in money spent and repairs not executed properly, more often than not. Joe really goes above and beyond and does outstanding work. He has completed a few jobs for me and I have been pleased with the quality of work and the recommendations he made. His pricing is very reasonable too. I would highly recommend Kordun Properties Inc.
I have the knowledge and experience to do almost any project around a house including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, new construction and additions. In addition, I’m pretty particular how I want things done. My wife says this makes me a difficult customer for any contractor. Shoulder and back surgery has driven me to seek help. He was so pleasant to work with - communication with him was a breeze (always responsive and always letting us know when he'd be there and when he'd leave).
