If you are considering this shop for braids, please believe the 1 star reviews, please. I wish I had believed them and went somewhere else. My appointment was at 8:30 am, I came 10 minutes early and she seemed shocked that I was early. There was no other client there but I had to sit for 30 minutes waiting. She asked me to straighten my hair more and I had already cleaned and blow dried my hair at home.
