The programming is truly elite. Both Charleston locations have excellent coaches and staff. The facilities are meticulously clean, and there is a clear emphasis on high quality coaching. The programming is adaptable to all fitness levels from starters to seasoned athletes.
Highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a challenge in your fitness journey. I was in town for a few weeks, and joining was absolutely worth it while I was in Charleston. I wasn’t impressed with some of the other gym options in the area, so I decided to give this one a try after seeing so many great reviews.
