My college age son understood the tax documents he sent to Paul were late and and at the filing deadline but sent them anyway since he would need them done regardless. Below is the reply he sent back. (see photo).I called him to ask what warranted this response and he doubled down that my son was rude for sending documents late. Was very helpful when I had some tax problems in 2014 or so, but two/three years later when I choose to not use him because he was too expensive. I called asking for some brief advice in which he could've simply said I cannot talk to you. But instead he chose to laugh at me and say I was a fool for going to someone else and hang up the phone on me. Paul is very knowledgeable CPA. I do my business and personal tax with him. I like his system, he always remind me different tax dead lines in timely manner. His on time performance is appreciable. His fee is very affordable and his service is great. I will recommend all my friends and family to him.
