I haven’t even officially used her for services but she took the time to listen to my situation and provide me with options and even a contact if I should need it in the near future. Worth five stars by itself.
I used this paralegal service to handle a tenant non payment issue,but unfortunately my experience wa disappointing .The N4 notice that they prepared containedan incorrect date and rent fee amount which caused 14 days delays in my case and required me to seek new representation.
I am beyond bewildered by these 5 star reviews , as this is not my experience at all with anyone at this office. I find all staff, to be rude, inconsistent, and unreliable,I fired Susan back in January, she prebilled me for work she never completed, and now I feel compelled to report her to the Law Society , as she is threatening to s4nd a bill that she was never given an opportunity to even earn , which would potentially in the short term affect my goid credit.Beware of her approach to try and create an urgency , where none... read more
