I wanted to let folks know what a great product Kopper Creek puts out. I was amazed at the quality and the attention to detail that their modular homes Offered. On top of that, we had such a great experience working with their whole team...KC, Cayttie, and Tracy. They listened, worked with us, and were all of high character. I would highly recommend visiting with them if you are looking to build.

After learning that building our new home on-site was going to cost at least $600/sq foot, our good friends suggested working with KC and Caytte, owners of Kopper Creek Building.
