It was the worst experience i've ever had going to a gi Dr. I have had crohn's disease for over thirty seven years. I went to her to see about getting on biomedicine, for it She tried to tell me if I quit smoking that my chrons's disease would miraculously just go away. Then she proceeded to tell me that I look good and that there was nothing she could do for me. What a waste of my time and money. I would highly recommend not going to her.
My experience was excellent from making the appointment to post op procedure. The doctor was very informative answered my questions. I would highly recommend her.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care I experienced at this office over the phone today. After completing my intake call, I had a scheduled telehealth appointment, which the doctor failed to attend. Charlene later called to inform me that the doctor was not showing up and that I would need to come in person to continue my care or receive a refill for my essential autoimmune medication.
