I would give him a zero if I could! I had an appointment at 3:40 pm, when I arrived the receptionist was the RUDEST person ever! She went on to tell me that I was late for my appointment. She said my appointment was at 1:30. She was talking down to me and continued to be rude. She told me that I had my appointment scheduled a year ago. My mom (90 yrs old) has been going to this man and today is the second time my sister messages me and says he is rude to my mom. Throwing his arms up in the air exasperated because ahe isn't responding fast enough or at all. She is hard of hearing. He also said, I don't know if she needs glasses since she isn't talking " Well, as a person who has been in the Optometry field I am here to tell you there IS a way. How do you think babies get glasses? I am so upset right now and wish I was there. I'd give him a piece of my mind.
