Never Received Estimate I wanted to come on here and really bash Kopp Constructions, but it would not gain me anything. Mr. Kopp (I can't remember his first name) came out and did a walkthrough of the house we bought. We were told we would get an estimate in a couple of days. It's now been a month. I normally wouldn't make a post, but this seems to be a common theme amongst contractors here.
LOUSY on details! In April 2012 Kopp Construction bid the installation of that new dishwasher @ $200.00. Once it was complete the total came to $600.00. I paid them. By August this year the adjacent cabinet's door had come undone & was swinging on just one hinge. I called 5 times asking for a 5 minute repair. Today I had to pay someone else to fix it as 6 weeks had passed since my first request. Kurt still owes me for a table his people broke during a paint job over 5 years ago!
