I can't recommend Ed highly enough! A big fancy insurance company (BFIC) tried cheating me out of proper car repairs after someone hit my car (fault was assessed at 100% the other driver). The shoddy work from BFIC's "preferred shop" was glaringly obvious and I had tons of proof, but I wasn't getting anywhere. BFIC was being total crooks and had the attitude of "We're a big famous company and you're just a regular human, so who cares if we rip you off? What are you gonna do?"
