Kopion Fitness is a great gym. The equipment is clean and well-maintained, and there’s plenty of room to work out. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is really positive. It’s a great place to push yourself and stay consistent. Highly recommend!

The gym was great and always clean. Kind and knowledgeable staff who are always ready to help. Lots of great equipment for low-impact workouts. Treadmills and bikes are also in their own section if you're shy and just starting out.

Awesome gym with a great owner. Great equipment and always clean. I usually come in to workout every once in a while while I’m back home, but not consistently. He noticed he hadn’t met me before so came up and introduced himself and talked to me about lifting for a while. Really appreciated that he took time to talk to a new face in the gym
