The gym was great and always clean. Kind and knowledgeable staff who are always ready to help. Lots of great equipment for low-impact workouts. Treadmills and bikes are also in their own section if you're shy and just starting out.

Awesome gym with a great owner. Great equipment and always clean. I usually come in to workout every once in a while while I’m back home, but not consistently. He noticed he hadn’t met me before so came up and introduced himself and talked to me about lifting for a while. Really appreciated that he took time to talk to a new face in the gym

Great gym and awesome owner. very well maintained and cleaned. would recommend this gym to everyone who is looking for a gym to Join without the worries of other people judging you Update they have added a couple new things to help you get your workout on and I promise you you will sweat
