My boys (6 and 7 years old) began getting curious about weight training and exercising in a gym several months prior to this summer. So much so that we began looking for a trainer for over the summer. We could not be happier with Keaton Fitzgerald. They love going and Keaton teaches them in a way that keeps their interest at an age appropriate level.

This is a great gym with great equipment. They are adding new ones to help with workouts. There are currently 3 trainers taking clients. They offer several group classes. This is a warm and friendly atmosphere. I have enjoyed my membership here, and have been going about 2 years. Reach out to them and schedule a tour and see what they can assist you with in choosing.

Hands down the best gym experience I’ve ever had. Kopion Fitness is more than just a place to work out—it’s a supportive, motivating community. From day one, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The staff genuinely care's about your progress and make it easy to feel comfortable, no matter your fitness level.
