Dr Kopacz is very friendly, explained everything in detail about my procedure n checked on me after I was home. Very nice and caring.
Drove 2 hrs for my 1st appt Im 61 & was there For annual & get mammo sched. Was on time, had my 12 papers filled out & never got mad at staff for insurance snafu that I corrected on phone w/ BS, I wrote a. note, gave to reception while on call, that BS had owned up to mistake & I would be paying CASH & get reimbursed myself. This took 1/2 hour for me to do when done with call I was told my appt time passed!! I would have to reschedule! 4 hr trip, my time isn’t as valuable as dr? fri 3:00?
I have had a wonderful experience with Dr Kopacz. She is gentle, takes time with you, friendly, great bedside manner and a very good surgeon. I recommend this doctor to any woman looking for quality ob/gyn.
I love my NP Debbie Rector who works w/Dr. Kopacz. Awesome nurse been with her for my first and second pregnancy. Would recommend this OBGYN Doctor, downfall is I believe they don't take medical no more for those who are medical patient. Wait time is average, staff is very friendly. ??
She was absolutely amazing. Tries to actually follow your birth plan as much as possible. Down side is you don't get to see her too often until your last weeks of pregnancy, but she is super attentive and actually cares about her patients
