Incredible service from start to finish - Franck and his team were super professional turning around a beautiful set of drapes for our NYC apartment living room and bedrooms. I looked initially at some of the basic stores like The Shade Store and their fabric materials were much lower materials compared to the high quality selection Kopa offers. We are not easy people to please - could not be happier with how everything turned out!!
Kopa drapes is a first class act. Yes, it’s pricey, but they take of everything. Shawntrell, an interior designer, was at my house for 2 hours as we picked out the color & style of curtains, with my indecisive self.
I was pleased that they made several visits to my home as needed and corrected a problem with a shade right away. I ultimately purchased a roomful of black-out shades that were very nicely made, a good price and look lovely on my windows. I highly recommend Kopa for their service and quality.
I am impressed and a very happy customer of KOPA DRAPES. This company uses their own facility/workshop, which they invited me to see. Saliha came to my home, measured everything carefully and helped me to find the perfect fabrics to match my decor. The pleated drapery was tailored to my exact specs and Tyler did a perfect job hanging everything. When I requested sone minor alteration, he came back to be sure everything was as I wanted.
