Kopa is truly a family. All the coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable. They actually care about your wellbeing and progression. The owners are wonderful and constantly making improvements to the gym itself and making sure everything runs smoothly. The best gym atmosphere you could ask for! Great people, great music, and great workouts!

Great gym with friendly people that make everyone feel welcome. Coaches that provide guidance for multiple skill levels. Free Saturday classes give you a chance to get to know them.
I really enjoyed my time at Kopa and hated leaving when I moved out of state...great coaches and everyone is friendly and supportive. You won't find a better gym to call home!
