We had such a wonderful experience at Kooweerup Hospital Sleep School. The team did an absolutely amazing job supporting our family. Before attending, our baby used to take hours to fall asleep, and bedtime was extremely stressful for all of us. With their guidance, structured approach, and hands-on training, we learned practical techniques that truly work. Jane, Vicki and Shirley from the Early Parenting Unit provided valuable support and education when we were struggling with immense sleep deprivation. We saw immediate improvements on our first night home and can't thank the staff enough for the sleep day course!
Cannot recommend the Sleep School enough! Staff were all incredibly lovely and understood that babies need to sleep but parents also need to live. Left with so much knowledge, some tips, tricks and lots of techniques to help my little one sleep better. Have already seen so much improvement!
The day sleep program is fantastic! We’ve been once for each child and the results speak for themselves. The people are lovely, the facilities are basic but exactly what’s needed and the program doesn’t just teach you about sleep but about development, routine, play, feeding and everything in between. Oh also it’s free!!! Absolutely worth your time.
The staff were super lovely and reassured us the whole way. We only did things we were comfortable with and there was a lot of support and check ins on how we were feeling. A good program for new parents who just need some reassurance!
