only ever had positive experiences here. great service, trustworthy mechanics, knowledgeable, fair and reasonable pricing. would highly recommend them to all needing any mechanical work done to there vehicles.
Adrian is a super star. Saved our butts after porcupines ate our transmission lines. He put in the work and got us on the road in 2 days. Other shops were saying they wouldn’t get working on it until the following week. Would recommend!!
We were on vacation at Kokanee Creek PP. Our kiddos tried to pick the car lock with a stick to get to the sweets when we had our backs turned 🤦 Stick broke off and we couldn't get the piece out. Every place said they were too busy. Adrian, despite being busy, made time to have a look and fixed the issue in no time. Didn't even want to be paid for it. Thanks for saving our vacation!
I pulled into Nelson with a shake in my front end, They were able to fit me in as I am from Alberta and was just trying to get home. After a inspection I was told that my bearings in my right lower ball joint were bad, but it was good and I could carry on my way. I was prepared to stay the weekend and have them fix it. Adrian told me "Naw your good, you can make it home" well thank you VERY MUCH because now I am on the side of the road in Silverton not 90 km down the road and I am unable to drive any further so THANKS A BUNC... read more
The guys at Kootenay Motors went out of their way to help me this past weekend. I was visiting Nelson on a ski trip and at the end of my 6 hour drive to Nelson my truck experienced a 4wd service engine light and would not disengage from 4 wheel drive. I was not worried initially until my truck wouldn’t start the following morning and after checking with a multimeter it was not a problem with the battery.
