Geoff was amazing! He stood in the rain and helped us with our roof leak. Stand up guy and stand up service!!! We are from WI, USA, and had no idea where to turn. We found him on the web and with his 5 star reviews we had to go! We spent the night and waited for him to open up the next day! I sure wish we lived closer!! I’d put him to work on my other RVs!
I contacted Kootenay Life RV Service & Repair because I was having issues with the hot water system in my trailer. Geoff contacted me promptly and he was able to fix the issue quickly and for a very fair price! I highly recommend Kootenay Life RV Service & Repair!
Geoff was very knowledgeable in the problem solving process to get my hot water tank working again. Very grateful….happy wife, happy life! ( At least when camping, haha.)
I would highly recommend Geoff and his team for anything RV related and possibly even mechanically related!! I'm travelling across the country, solo, with a brand new 13' trailer when the brake away cable melted. I texted Geoff, his response was quick and timely. He managed to fit me in his schedule earlier than expected and now I'm back on the road better off than when I started! So grateful for wonderful, helpful folks Cheryl
We have been working back and forth with Kootenay Life since 2024 with a few warranty issues on our RV. Geoff is great! He is communicative and prompt in everything he does. He has been incredibly helpful with the whole process while others refused. HE even lubricated our squeaky gate on his way out. make sure to give him a call!
