After my cleaning, I had to wait forever for the exam, and when it finally happened it felt completely rushed and careless (and then they’re surprised people end up with dental problems). Looking at the bill, it honestly feels like they even charged for the time I was just sitting there waiting in the chair — which, by the way, wasn’t even a massage chair. I went here for a while, hoping it would get better, but it was the same disappointment. I’ve since switched dentists and won’t be coming back.
Amazing staff. Compassionate, professional, and always friendly. Dr. Sarah Howe is an amazing dentist, and would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Howe and her assistant (Jaclyn I believe her name is) are very caring and compassionate, and just do an excellent job overall. The office staff are also gems and were able to fit me in this morning at the last minute, which is really appreciated. Thank you for such a great experience (I've dealt with dental anxiety my whole life) and I look forward to my next visit. Sincerely, Adam B.
1yr ago had dr Howe do a root canal. Yesterday had that tooth pulled because of vertical crack.pain and infection manifested in jaw and roof of mouth. Was treated like an addict seeking drug for pain. Day 2 and still in pain and discomfort. Will not return to this dr. Now 5 days later and upper jaw pain still requires meds. Dr said infection had started to eat my jaw bone. I assure you she’s right. Still no relief from this dr. See pic of vertical cracked right up the root canal.
